Pricetag

The worth of a man is a big matter in today's world. Our world's culture is obsessed with self-esteem. We are always presented with the question of our worth. If we feel like we are not worthy to walk this earth, we fall into a state of depression and self pity. I am not the most valuable human being on the face of this world, but I can read you a verse to boost your self confidence. ( Luke 12:6-7) Says "Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows." To grasp the significance of this verse we must first know that God holds even the tiny sparrows highly valued. And that a farthing at that time was worth one fourth of a penny. Even though a sparrow present or past is not worth much to the people of this world , the sparrow is never forgotten by our Savior. And doesn't (Luke 12:6-7) say that we are worth more than many sparrows? Boost your self-esteem reassess your self-esteem according to what the Bible says.
